Can you update tapatalk? Download, replace the mobiquo folder, and re verify....

Hmm. Should work fine, it does for me on my rc3 forum...

Is it a verify issue? Chmod the folder to 775 for folders, 644 for files except mobiquo.pop, which can get 775
