Game servers disappearing/reappearing in the server browser

"Hi all,

since some time before Christmas there have been situations where people would not see all servers in the browser. Sometimes 20% would be gone, sometimes 50% would be gone, sometimes all would be visible. Logging out and in again would trigger a new roll of the dice.

Merely kicking a bit on the backend every 2 months was a sufficient band-aid in the past; now we're seeing signs of synchronization problems after <24h.

We'll do some investigations and do some reconfigurations of the backend systems. No ETA.

For the time being, if you are in a situation where you cannot see a server which you know that someone else is playing on at the precise moment, try resetting the filter settings in the browser; if that does not help, try logging out+in once and retry. It's the best I can offer at the moment."
